Requirement
During the years of collaboration with ABC the hotel has signed partnership agreements with famous chefs who have opened their signature restaurant in the property (for example Nobu Matsuhisa and Andreas Caminada) or organized special themed evenings (Andrea Berton). The need for Badrutt’s Palace is to give maximum visibility to these collaborations to always attract new visitors or intrigue repeaters during the busy Winter Season.


Strategy
In order to gain media and consumer attention for the hotel and its co-operations, ABC has implemented a mix of PR and Communication actions such as press releases, press trips for food and lifestyle media & influencers, exclusive events for targeted media in collaboration with chefs – in their own restaurants in Italy or Switzerland – advertising campaigns on key media in Milan’s area to push experiential packages mixing cuisine and sport.


Outcome
Within the years of cooperation with ABC, the hotel received excellent visibility for any food project and the advertised packages generated direct bookings to the hotel.
